Canadian Real Estate Association recently searched Canada for the best buys in residential housing. The residential average price as of July 2007 for Saskatoon according to their research is $245,152.
The study also found the percentage increase since July 2006 to be just under 54%. Most of the Canadian cities on this list fell short of Saskatoon's incredible increase.
The first half of 2007 saw close to 3,000 residential sales. These all point to why Saskatoon is named one of Canada's hottest properties under $300,000.
