As we head into the holiday season, there is a definite slow down in the market. However, I am noticing the market taking the same path it took last year just before the spring explosion. Sales volumes remain strong, but the number of new listings hitting the market is dropping off. In my opinion we will start to see the lack of inventory cause upward pressure on prices by early spring.
As forecasted by all of the major financial institutions, Saskatchewan is setting itself up for another record year and we may experience another boom in prices of up to 28%.
